- In the event of a ‘No Show’ (failure to cancel prior to the scheduled journey), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation, applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

- Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
- If preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged according to the customer’s preference, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be issued via email.
